PlatDB - Automated Property Plats

PlatDB utilizes a common Project Data Warehouse with AlignDB and PermitDB to automate the creation of Property Plat drawing deliverables necessary for most Pipeline or Fiber Optic construction projects. Property Plat drawings are generated on a user-defined border with options for both the boundary and the route. The ownership information created in any of the applications in the Alignment Database Workgroup is utilized to generate the property descriptions within the Plat drawing. These documents can be generated either as stand-alone or linked documents into a common base map.

Interfacing a CAD system with a Project Data Warehouse makes it possible to produce Property Plats that match the same data displayed in both the Alignment sheets and the Permit drawings.
